SYNOPSIS: The initiative proposes that private education institutions must publish at all times the total cost of the following concepts: enrollment, re-enrollment, which can not be an amount higher than that established by a tuition and will be taken into account as payment of the first tuition if the student follows the studies in the institution, fees for each calendar month, rights for incorporation, if applicable, charges for extraordinary examinations, regularization courses, duplicate certificates, certificates, credentials, supplementary courses outside normal school hours, special sports practices and other optional extracurricular activities; transportation, when provided directly by the educational service providers or the collection bases, if the parents, guardians or users of the service, contract it directly with a licensee or concessionaire alien to it; food services, which the provider provides on an optional basis, when the pupil remains extra time to the school schedule, and schedule of payments, discounts for prepayment and surcharges for late payment.
The proposal is that individuals submit to parents, guardians or users, through the association of parents or the group representing the users of the educational service, adjustments to the different collection concepts for the school year at least sixty calendar days before the re-registration period and receive opinions through the same channel.
In case the parents' association or the group that represents the users of the educational service disagrees with the adjustments of the collections of the different concepts, the Federal Consumer Attorney will be notified to issue its opinion and within the scope of its competence, shall penalize private education institutions for violations of the provisions of this article, in terms of the Federal Consumer Protection.

SYNOPSIS: The amendment
proposes to repeal the paragraph eighth of article 16 of the Political Constitution of the Mexican United States to eliminate the figure of the establishment of the constitutional system, in order to harmonize with international standards in the field of human rights and the New Justice System Criminal accusation.
